AZ Metallbau GmbH forms a partner network with a number of companies; that network supplies a number of construction elements for modern interior work and dry walling.
The specialized trading company for dry walling headquartered in Vienna runs 86 business locations and 6 industrial locations in 17 European countries (as at July 2010). In addition to the extensive range of products, Baustoff + Metall maintains a department for services to architects and engineers and takes care of construction site logistics. In November 2007, AZ Metallbau became part of the corporate group Baustoff+Metall Vienna/Austria.

Our sister company, METEX Metallwaren GmbH, is a specialist for the production of steel frames made from 1.5 to 2.0 mm galvanized thin sheets, or from 1.5 mm stainless steel panels. By further specializing in specialized frames, glazing and wall element programs, METEX® today ships frames according to DIN and Austrian norms across Europe.

Manufacturing of DIN standardized and certified steel profiles for dry walling is the specialty of our sister company IntraProfil® in Franken. The ready-to-ship program includes common profiles in standard lengths up to 6 m, as well as quick shipping of special lengths.

Berchtold AG in Zurich is a partner of AZ Metallbau GmbH and with its subsidiary Delta Türsysteme AG [Delta Door Systems] has established itself in Switzerland with its outstanding innovations in wood, glass and aluminum in the fire protection sector. All elements have been certified according to the latest EI standards.
